I met Shivanand (I call him Anand) when I was delivering Salesforce technical instruction at the Schneider Electric offices outside of Paris during two weeks in September, 2015. As the technical architect on a variety of projects, he attended the 10 days of technical instruction with the rest of the team, but it clearly seemed that he already had mastery of most, if not all, of the topics covered. He was extremely helpful supporting the rest of the team which was a mixture of both technical developers and less technical business analysts and others new to the platform.
